We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

You will also be scheduling waste collection services, liaising with operations teams to ensure timely execution, and maintaining accurate records of customer requests, service changes, and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, including service coordination, and a background in the waste, logistics, transport, or resource sectors.
