Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects, including planning, scoping and delivering business processes, customer management and service development initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide specialized advice and assistance to operational leaders.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including operational leaders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating concerns to senior leadership as needed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or project management.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management role, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • National Police Check required.
  • A current Australian-issued driver's license (equivalent to minimum class C).
