About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to understand complex business needs, and develop creative solutions to improve our business processes.

  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for HR, Payroll, and HSE projects.

  • You will translate business needs into technical specifications for development and IT teams.

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new system implementations or upgrades.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, user stories, and test plans.

  • Spearhead the implementation of new systems and provide training and support to end-users.

  • Evaluate solutions against business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
