Business Process Analyst and Writer

The role of Process Change Specialist involves analysing business process and workflow changes, documenting these changes, facilitating process workshops, and updating process and business requirements documents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on process changes arising from the introduction of Powercurve.
- Developing and maintaining a master process register to ensure traceability of changes to processes.
- Writing new processes or updating existing ones and chaperoning these through review and sign-off.
- Working with functional requirements and user stories as they relate to developing process change.
- Handing over signed-off processes to the Knowledge Management consultant for formatting and publication into internal tools.
Qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- Proven experience in writing technical documents including mapping and writing processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of process mapping and structure.
- Ability to understand requirements and document the right thing.
- Experience working in a project-driven environment.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Critical thinking and analysis with a business acumen.
This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be based in Bedford Park, Adelaide, and will work primarily on a Collections transformation spanning several years.
