About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day activities for assigned portfolios, serving as the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.
  • The Facilities Manager/Account Lead will oversee a global portfolio consisting of 12 properties across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
  • You will ensure all preventative and reactive work orders are completed in line with SLAs, while also managing financial aspects, insurance claims, budgeting, WHS audits, and regular reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
  • Experience in handling client sensitivities, knowing when to escalate with urgency or de-escalate risks.
  • CORPORATE CLIENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND KPI PERFORMANCE DELIVERY.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and influence business relationships in a positive direction, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Developing strategic solutions to support both client and JLL requirements.
  • Managing successful teams, focusing on performance and growth.
  • Successful budget management and the ability to drive value and cost savings.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
  • Strong vendor management experience is required.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of vendor/contractor management.
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
