We are seeking a highly skilled technologist to lead our engineering efforts as Director of Technology Development.

About the Role
  • Leading the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform.
  • Product direction and roadmap planning to drive growth and innovation.
  • Project management and sprint execution to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define technical tasks and oversee sprint retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with an offshore development team to achieve project goals.
  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Design and develop mobile and web solutions to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in .Net Core, Python, Blazor, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to architect scalable, high-traffic systems across mobile and web platforms.
  • Experience with integrations and APIs.
