Job Title: Technology Program Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Technology Simplification Program, driving initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our technology controls.

  • Ensure effective governance and quality of Change Execution Risk (delivery and delivered risks) in the program and initiatives.
  • Support by providing expertise in technology to divisional leaders on initiatives.
  • Lead the oversight of data and data risk management of the program and initiatives.
  • Manage engagement with assurance partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners to support objectives for the bank.
  • Act as coordination point for 2LoD engagement with the program.
  • Assist with developing capability to support 2LOD oversight of the program.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and practical experience in technology advisory, ideally within Financial Services, and demonstrate experience with large-scale technology portfolios. They will also have a track record of innovative leadership and provide examples of influencing senior leadership teams around strategic thinking and prioritisation.
