Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the IT transformation of our technology stack. The Technology Director leads the ERP-led transformation to replace our legacy platform and build a high-performing technology organisation to support this.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mature the ERP led technology organisation

Provide strong organisational and people leadership (hiring, coaching, succession).

Consolidate existing products and create new products with an ERP-first mindset, leveraging native ERP capabilities.

Sustain high Product availability

Optimise technology cost to be price-competitive in international markets

Define and execute product, platform and data strategies aligned to business objectives.

Build a scalable resourcing model (internal, vendor, and offshore), with clear governance.

Key Focuses:

Execute the migration from legacy to the new stack at pace and with quality.

Lead the high-risk, high-complexity client migration and cutover phase of the transition, including full data migration, stakeholder onboarding, and supporting internal/external retraining across multiple clients.

Maintain legacy platform stability during transition (incident response, service continuity).

Improve external delivery service levels and client experience.

Your background:

Balance architectural depth with strong organisational and people leadership.

10+ years in technology leadership roles with 3+ years' experience on the executive

Proven leadership of large-scale platform transitions/upgrades with multi-vendor delivery.

Demonstrated people leadership: hiring, developing and scaling high-performing teams.

Strong track record in delivering solutions using vendors and technical partners

Exposure to Microsoft D365 and Azure environment

Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments
