Job Title: Technology Strategy DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Technology Strategy Director to drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving innovation and growth, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage the technology vision, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing long-term and immediate needs.
  • Manage IT resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans.
  • Spearhead IT projects to increase market reach and improve unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
  • Help departments utilize technology effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technology Strategy Director or equivalent role.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
