Senior Director of Technology

Serving on the executive team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and work closely with the Head of Product to establish a forward-thinking technology roadmap.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation with over 400 staff members across 9 offices. As we continue our journey from start-up to scale-up, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Technology to lead our technological growth and development.

You will be responsible for formulating a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This involves overseeing the tech vision, building the engineering brand, researching new technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing technical costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the technology strategy
  • Technical operations management
  • Tech talent acquisition and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage technical stakeholders
  • Team management and development

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the tech industry
  • Proven ability to lead a team of up to 20 developers
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Technical background in software development and infrastructure management
