Brand Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Development Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong brand plans, ensuring consistent development and activation across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in brand management, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams, drive commercial solutions, and adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective brand activation and communication.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand decisions.
  • Lead the development of annual brand plans, focusing on market and competitor data, performance data, and consumer insights.
  • Execute brand plans within agreed timelines and budget, working closely with Customer teams to deliver holistic plans that balance brand and commercial objectives.
  • Manage ATL and BTL communication plans to support brand objectives, maximising return on paid, owned, and earned platforms.
  • Take a proactive position on future innovation, ensuring solutions deliver tangible growth to the brand and category.
  • Assist the team in preparing monthly brand, market, and competitor reports, including brand health measures, profitability, and ROI on key investments.
  • Prioritise high-priority/high-return projects aligned to category and business priorities.
