We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Brand Strategist to join our team.

Job Description

Avoid amplifying mediocre brands, instead craft compelling narratives that drive growth and deliver impact. As a seasoned marketing expert, you will be responsible for elevating our digital presence through strategic brand positioning, innovative campaign planning, and data-driven decision making.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email. You will also be responsible for setting the editorial calendar, producing thought-leadership content, and receiving and delivering training in ad design and AI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, brand strategy, growth or demand-gen roles, preferably in HR, recruitment, or professional services.
  • A proven track record of scaling social-first and search-first campaigns, optimising conversion funnels, and hitting targets.
