An amazing number, but we're always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.The opportunityWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of key brands within Teva's portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.This role is crucial for driving brand growth, market positioning, and ensuring successful product launches and campaigns.To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, experience with forecasting and analytics, launching new products and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.How You'll Spend Your DayDevelop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand performance and market share.Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and finance to align on brand objectives and strategies.Manage the brand's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.Monitor and analyse brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry codes of conduct.Your Experience And QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's / MBA preferred)4-8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of success in the pharmaceutical, life science, healthcare industry preferred but not essentialHands on position from strategy to executionExperience in new product launches and mature brandsExperience in neurology and psychiatry desirableProven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of the Australian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environmentExperience with digital marketing and multichannel strategies is a plusExperience in Veeva is desirableEnjoy a more rewarding choiceGenerous leave, health, and wellbeing benefitsCommitment to ongoing personal & professional growth via a blend of learning opportunitiesParking available at our Macquarie Park siteOpportunity to join a leading global organisation with a network of 37,000 employees operating in 60 markets, with 25 R&D sitesMake a difference with Teva PharmaceuticalsPlease submit your CV and a Cover Letter.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Reports ToMarketing DirectorAlready Working @TEVA?
