Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager

Our client has an established agency with strong market presence in the region.

The Position:

This opportunity is for an experienced marketing professional to enhance brand exposure and drive growth in sales and property management departments.

  • Develop a marketing strategy with management to achieve business objectives
  • Create marketing materials according to strategy requirements
  • Ensure all marketing content meets brand standards
  • Implement the marketing strategy on schedule

Liaising with external suppliers for marketing needs, coordinating quotes, orders, and deliveries for marketing supplies are key responsibilities of this role. Managing and improving digital marketing campaigns, working with real estate portals to optimize subscriptions, and assisting in preparing property marketing materials (sales & rental) are essential tasks.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with previous real estate/property industry experience, who can showcase a portfolio of work. A degree in marketing or graphic design is highly desirable.

  • Strong writing, editing, presentation & communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of social media & digital platforms
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management to work to deadlines
