About the Role

This is a critical role in upholding governance excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of Board and Committee operations, managing critical governance documentation, and maintaining transparency and accountability.

Craft detailed workplans and agendas for Board and Committee meetings to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, format papers, and distribute professional packs.
  • Attend and minute meetings, track actions, and keep directors and executives aligned and accountable.
Key Responsibilities:

The role involves championing compliance and transparency, managing corporate registers, regulatory notifications, and annual assessments under APRA and ASIC frameworks.

  • Curate seamless Board experiences from onboarding and professional development to travel and director elections.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in corporate governance or a related field.
  • Solid grasp of corporate governance processes, including knowledge of relevant Acts and regulations.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage overlapping governance cycles and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail when preparing minutes, agendas, board papers, and resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable managing confidential information.
