Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney-based Services team as a Specialist Engagement Manager, working closely with customers on their business transformation journey to the Cloud and the Intelligent Enterprise.

You will be responsible for delivering SAP Premium Engagement services to customers in Australia, establishing long-term partnerships between customers and SAP, and ensuring customers realise expected value and outcomes from their investment in SAP technology.

About the Role
  • You will understand customer businesses, organisations, strategies, and IT roadmaps, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with key decision-makers.
  • You will own SAP Premium Engagement services contracts and their successful renewal, setting up engagements and governance, developing service plans, resourcing services delivery, achieving customer outcomes, and managing contract financials and renewal activities.
  • You will drive resolution of top risks and issues, engaging customer and partner stakeholders, SAP product support, engineering teams, and de-escalation experts as necessary.
  • You will own customer satisfaction and referenceability, aligning and triggering customer surveys, actioning feedback from survey results, and acting as a customer advocate within SAP.
  • You will contribute to overall account strategy, identifying growth opportunities, participating in account planning, and working collaboratively across all SAP teams engaged on the account.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or similar field.
