This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our organisation.

The Customer Relations Officer plays a critical role in providing responsive, high-quality service and accurate information to staff and customers via multiple channels of interaction.

This position represents the organisation in a positive, professional manner as defined by our customer experience standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high level of customer care by providing professional, helpful, high-quality service to customers via all channels of interaction.
  • Input, track and monitor customer requests, ensuring timely follow up and feedback where required.
  • Positively support team members in order to maintain a cohesive, dynamic work environment.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are identified and captured via our CRM system.
  • Achieve agreed service level standards and KPI's to optimise organisational and departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience in a customer service-related environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage complex customer interactions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to developing strong working relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems would be highly regarded.
  • Use initiative and work independently.
  • Well established verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.
  • Strong IT skills that enable the use of corporate systems in day-to-day work activities.

This is a part-time (30 hours per week) role on a 2-year contract.
