Main Responsibilities:- Deliver a high level of customer care by providing professional, helpful, high-quality service to customers via all channels of interaction.
- Input, track and monitor customer requests, ensuring timely follow up and feedback where required.
- Positively support team members in order to maintain a cohesive, dynamic work environment.
- Ensure all customer complaints are identified and captured via our CRM system.
- Achieve agreed service level standards and KPI's to optimise organisational and departmental goals.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience in a customer service-related environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage complex customer interactions.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to developing strong working relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems would be highly regarded.
- Use initiative and work independently.
- Well established verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.
- Strong IT skills that enable the use of corporate systems in day-to-day work activities.
This is a part-time (30 hours per week) role on a 2-year contract.
