Customer Service Excellence Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clients' IT services, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, including ITIL. They will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the provision of IT services to clients, ensuring that all SLAs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including account managers and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure that service levels are being met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior service management or customer-facing role.
- ITIL certification (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
