**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director - Policy to join our team at HiTech Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing the company, and negotiating on our behalf.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Management:** Support the Director in project scoping, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • **Governance:** Manage the effective governance of projects and associated contracted engagement and research work to ensure progress, quality, and value for money.
  • **Team Supervision:** Supervise policy and research related project activities and resources to deliver agreed outputs.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects from scoping through implementation and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • **Relationship Building:** Extensive experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • **Leadership:** Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams, including conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to foster skills development.
  • **Program Management:** Familiarity with program management frameworks and a strong ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
