Job Title: Coordinator, Personnel Security Vetting

This role is responsible for leading the AFP's Personnel Security function and delivering high-quality outcomes in accordance with the Protective Security Policy Framework, the AFP Code of Conduct, and AFP Governance Instruments.

The successful candidate will manage and develop resources and capacity within teams to provide a skilled and contemporary security vetting capability. They must ensure compliance with vetting standards, protect the AFP's interests, and deliver services that meet operational objectives.

A key responsibility of this role includes developing people, managing change, and influencing behaviours consistent with AFP values, leadership philosophy, organisational reform agendas, and corporate business plans.
