Job Summary

The role of External Security Vetting Analyst Team Leader entails leading a high-performing team in handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels.

  • Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to standard procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs), ensuring their alignment with standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments.
  • A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with opportunities to upgrade as required.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and leading a team of enthusiastic security analysts.
  • Attention to detail, scrutinizing extensive data and identifying potential security risks.
  • Quality Assurance commitment, upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
