About the Role

Mercer is seeking a talented Client Relations Officer to join our Wollongong office.

This full-time opportunity will see you working closely with our Account Manager to provide exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a credible and professional point of contact for clients, responding to queries and escalated matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare detailed formal reports and informal reports as required, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Facilitate internal Mercer escalations that require client consideration or decisions, including complaint investigation and related correspondence.
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical skills and well-developed stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and self-directed, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills in the use of Excel, particularly using formulas and v-lookups.
  • Previous experience working in the superannuation, insurance, or banking sector would be beneficial.
