Main Responsibilities- Staff Supervision and Development
Deliver supervision, training, coaching, and disciplinary action to all office staff, including contracts, permits, colours, drafting, estimating, sales, workplace health and safety, administration, payroll, accounts, and defects.
Recruitment and OnboardingCarry out recruitment, recruitment interviews, onboarding (including agreements, management instructions, and registrations), performance reviews, and wage reviews for all office staff.
Administrative SupportSupport office staff, including carrying out administration tasks or roles where staff shortages exist.
Financial ManagementMonitor costs and expenses, manage budgets for the administrative functions of the company, including office supplies and equipment.
Database ManagementEnsure maintenance and updating of company databases and records.
Compliance and Risk ManagementLead office awareness, documentation, and compliance to industry regulations and Australian Standards.
Reporting and AnalysisImplement and manage weekly and monthly reporting on key office indicators and completion of tasks. Ensure a proactive approach to analysis of available data.
Business DevelopmentOversee and ensure adherence to marketing and presentable material, including compliance to design guidelines and company standards for house and land packages, social media posts, brochures, documents, and electronic media.
Event CoordinationCoordinate and attend business functions as required.
Personal PresentationEnsure a high level of personal presentation at all times, including maintaining standards for office staff.
