High-Profile Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile guests, clients and partners, and contribute to their overall satisfaction and loyalty.

The position is based in the Head Office, and we are looking for applicants with hotel or concierge background. We will consider:

  • Rooms or Front Office Managers
  • Reservations or Revenue
  • Professional Concierges
  • Hotel BDM's or BDE's

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests, providing personalized assistance:
- Coordinate, manage guest arrivals in the head office and stay close by for meetings and introductions of the board members:
- Anticipate and fulfill guest arrival & visits with utmost professionalism:
- Work with tailor-made itineraries set by senior directors:
- Collaborate with investment departments to ensure seamless agendas for guests:
- Participate and assist with special events, dining, functions, and other guest-related activities as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar Guest Experience or Guest Relations role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and knowledge of an additional language is a plus:
- Professional appearance and demeanor with impeccable grooming standards.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In-person location only
