Job Title: Program Development Coordinator

About the Role:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful execution of enrichment programs, providing high-level administrative support and contributing to the broader objectives of the Student Services team.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the administrative aspects of enrichment programs, including planning, scheduling, and communication with staff, students, and external partners.

  • Oversee the implementation of enrichment activities, ensuring they align with the school's strategic goals and are delivered effectively.

  • Support the development and execution of new enrichment initiatives, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Work closely with the Business Manager to manage program budgets, tracking expenses and submitting invoices as required.

  • Analyze and adapt administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within enrichment programs and contribute to the development of best practices.
