Developing a high-performing learning environment requires more than just academic knowledge. As a Learning and Development Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of students through innovative and engaging activities.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Designing and implementing policies that promote quality and excellence in education
  • Creating and coordinating programs that cater to diverse learning needs and styles, incorporating a mix of indoor and outdoor activities
  • Coordinating special events and excursions, such as our 4-week holiday program
  • Providing training and guidance to educators on best practices and lesson planning

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A proven track record in educational leadership or coordination
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Possession of a Diploma that meets ACECQA's standards for assessment
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
