About The Role

This temporary secondment supports key initiatives across portfolios: Culture, Engagement, Leadership, and Capability. We're seeking a highly organized individual to manage development funding requests, coordinate programs, and support system and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Funding Coordination:
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders for timely approvals and accurate documentation.
    • Maintain oversight and reporting on development funding budgets.
    • Ensure all requests are tracked and remain within allocated limits.
  • Program Coordination:
    • Support end-to-end coordination of initiatives.
    • Assist with scheduling, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Monitor progress and provide updates to relevant teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
    • Manage ad hoc inquiries through a shared mailbox.
    • Action incoming requests in a timely manner and communicate specific actions to program owners.
    • Provide administrative support to the Culture & Engagement team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery of program initiatives.
  • Learning Management System Support:
    • Support ongoing management and maintenance of the Learning Management System.
    • Assist with data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure system accuracy and user support as needed.

About You

You'll be a strong coordinator with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
