We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product to drive our product strategy and execution as we rapidly scale.

This is a unique opportunity to deliver big projects with a dynamic portfolio of multiple products.

We are looking for a leader who can operate in a high-velocity environment, effectively balancing strategic and hands-on leadership required to create innovative products across hardware, software, packaging, customer experience and web.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy
• Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan and commercial goals
• Drive strategies for product-led growth, new market expansion (including international), and expanding market share across our product suite
• Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic thinking in product development
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes for product prioritisation
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor movements to inform product strategy

Product Delivery & Execution:

• Drive the end-to-end execution of our product roadmap, from initial discovery and technical validation through to launch
• Act as a hands-on 'player-coach', rolling up your sleeves to work directly with engineering and design teams to solve complex technical and user experience challenges
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support
• Translate complex customer needs into simple, elegant product solutions
• Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

People Leadership & Culture:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, that is motivated, agile and outcome focused
• Champion a high-velocity culture, helping identify and unblock obstacles to ensure a consistent release cadence across multiple product streams
• Inspire and motivate through clear communication of the product vision and strategy across all levels of the organisation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products in a high-growth, innovative environment
• Strong experience in technical delivery and working with engineering teams to deploy innovative solutions
• Demonstrated experience working at a scale-up, juggling both hands-on and strategic responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to iterate a product over time via data analysis and user feedback
• Able to clearly design each product's roadmap and articulate via collaboration and documentation how and when products and features evolve to ensure a consistent release schedule over time
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services or fintech is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
