About The Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Advisor Talent and Transition to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a critical part in our mission to find new ways and places where we can make a difference.

As an HR Business Advisor Talent and Transition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing process and administrative support to the wider Group Transition Team, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Consultants, HR Business Partners, and HR Managers nationally.
  • Be the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries through our shared careers inbox.
  • Provide proactive support to the Centralised Recruitment Function.
  • Support the delivery of consistent and sufficient recruitment and HR administrative support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Degree qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a recruitment and/or HR administration role.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, including Workday.
  • Experience using workflows ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 programs and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Australian Employment Legislation and entitlements.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
