This exceptional opportunity will see you join a close-knit, collaborative team in a HR Advisor capacity. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work across the operations of 65 retail stores, providing advice on areas including recruitment and selection, performance management, workforce planning and any other administrative duties required by the business.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Provide high-level advice across all employee relations matters and facilitate performance management and case management from end to end, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment across stores, including the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of exceptional talent.
- Provide expert advice across all People and Culture matters in alignment with the function's objectives and the broader mission and vision of the business.
- Support HR manager with any other duties required by the business.

**About You**:
You will be an enthusiastic and capable HR professional, who is eager to learn and develop. Bringing strong experience in performance management, and a sound knowledge of employment law and contract law. You will enjoy the full scope of generalist duties and feel confident in your ability to provide high-level advice to employees. A natural communicator, you will build exceptional relationships with hiring managers as you provide advice and manage expectations in a timely and appropriate manner.

**You will also bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar Human Resources or People and Culture role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention-to-detail.
- Experience working with several hiring managers to facilitate end-to-end recruitment in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of Modern Awards, Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards
- Resilience and willingness to pull up your sleeves and get involved
- Attention to detail, initiative and drive
- HR Diploma or Degree essential
