Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and committed Concrete Batch Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage batching and loading of concrete on the fleet for delivery to customers.
- Making decisions that impact overall business performance.
- Balance customer needs and allocate fleet through effective planning and decision making.
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries.
- Monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and achieving great results.
- Be a team player who can multitask and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Have a natural ability to solve problems and enjoy planning and troubleshooting.
- Be able to efficiently support individual customer requests.
- Contribute to overall business performance.
- Be willing to learn how to operate a Front end loader and Concrete Agitator including concrete delivery.
- Hold a HR Licence and have experience with Front End Loader (advantageous but not essential).
