Batch Plant Operations Manager

This is a new position for an experienced professional to maintain batch plant operations and ensure timely delivery of concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of batching processes, equipment operation, and quality control.
About the Role:- The Batch Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient and effective batch plant operations, ensuring that all production targets are met while maintaining high-quality products.
- The role involves operating various types of equipment such as agitator trucks, excavators, and front-end loaders, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- A key aspect of this role is conducting regular tests and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling water/cement ratios and cement types, as well as identifying and classifying different types of concrete.
- Fully independent work with minimal supervision required.
