Operations Coordinator Job
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage and provide feedback to casual personnel.
- Manage existing relationships with clients across various sectors including hospitality, tourism, catering, Aged Care & Health, Childcare, and Mining.
- Market the company's services via phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.
- Learn to operate the company's booking system and interfaces with client systems and portals.
- Collaborate with the Admin & Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll and invoicing activities.
- Deal professionally with client and staff complaints with support from senior managers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism sectors or similar industries.
- Ability to recruit, coordinate and manage casual personnel rosters of 200+ people.
- Commitment to matching personnel to client roles and environments.
- Good telephone communication skills, competent email and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Full driver's license.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including being on call every third week.
