Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify resident needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Implement falls management and prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation for residents, ensuring timely and relevant updates
  • Supervise the delivery of care plans and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to care staff
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and Risk Management protocols
Requirements:
  • Holding current AHPRA registration
  • Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations as per our policies
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance within 6 months of commencement
  • NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
  • Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement processes
  • Willingness to participate in a 2-day paid induction program at our training institute
