About the Role

  • We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our Ice Cream category, focusing on driving sales and market share through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging consumer insights to inform product development and launch strategies, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our brand teams, commercial teams, and supply chain partners to deliver business objectives and drive growth.
  • Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and continuously evaluating and improving marketing processes and tactics.

About You

  • With a proven track record in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry, you'll possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience in data-driven decision making.
  • You'll be a creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a talent for translating complex ideas into actionable plans.

What We Offer
