Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Director to lead quality initiatives across our products and systems. This strategic role demands a strong collaborative approach with the Enterprise Risk & Business Assurance teams, driving continuous improvement in operational performance and ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure QMS Adherence and Compliance: Lead efforts to maintain and enhance our Quality Management System, striving for ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Utilize quality management and data analysis skills to enhance compliance and upskill the organization, identifying areas for growth.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in operational performance, fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Complaints and Incident Management: Manage the complaints handling framework, respond to complaints promptly, and prepare monthly Customer Feedback and Incident Reports, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
- Risk Mitigation and Investigation: Collaborate with the ER&BA team to optimize complaints and incident management, leading or participating in high-risk incident and complaint investigations.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Contribute to system development and policy creation related to quality management, maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks reporting to senior management.
- Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of standards and principles of care in the Human Services sector, relevant tertiary qualifications, and/or significant knowledge and experience in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate, influence, and problem-solve with internal and external stakeholders.
- Senior-Level Expertise: Experience in providing expert advice and recommendations at a senior level.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic organization.
