We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Strategy and Capability team for a 6-month fixed term contract.

This role requires someone who can provide strategic guidance and support on all people initiatives, working collaboratively with a team of dedicated HR professionals who are passionate about creating a thriving and supportive workplace.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be involved in everything from workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning to guiding the employee experience program and lifecycle.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can hit the ground running and leverage their experience to make a real difference. Ideally, you will have experience in a complex, matrixed organization, allowing you to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively.

The portfolio is focused on providing financial solutions for emerging, small and medium enterprises, including major clients and specialised business solutions. Previous experience providing Senior HR Business Partner support in this area is highly advantageous, however not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and support on all people initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated HR professionals
  • Involved in workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning
  • Guide the employee experience program and lifecycle

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline are desirable, but extensive experience is equally valued
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Proven ability to work strategically with senior leaders and executives
