Job Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and executing on it to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders across various teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and long-term talent goals.
  • Advise on talent market dynamics, role scoping, and recruitment strategies to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer and checking in for key roles across multiple business functions.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies tailored to niche talent profiles.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience, including timely feedback, clarity, and professionalism throughout.
  • Proactively build and manage diverse talent pipelines leveraging a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify top talent across geographies and functions.
  • Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews, technical assessments, and work samples.
  • Partner with hiring teams to run effective and unbiased interview processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization; articulate values, culture, and mission to attract top talent.
  • Help evolve employer brand presence in key talent markets.
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to develop competitive offers and close top candidates.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding.
  • Track recruiting activity, analyze funnel metrics, and share insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
  • Provide reporting and updates to internal stakeholders on hiring pipelines and trends.
  • Contribute to cross-functional TA projects (e.g. DEI, referral programs, interview training).
  • Recommend improvements to tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
