The role of a Logistics Supervisor is crucial to our organization's success, overseeing the daily operations of our concrete truck fleet. This position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for safety and service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support business objectives by managing operating costs, driver recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee truck maintenance and conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality fleet presentation.
  • Maintain excellent customer service both internally and externally through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the implementation of logistics-related projects and training to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
Essential Requirements
  • Solid leadership capabilities with previous logistics supervision experience.
  • Proven experience managing driver teams, including contractors and company-owned fleet.
  • Strong knowledge of the transport industry, including National Heavy Law and Chain of Responsibility.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Suite.
