We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our busy and growing IP team in Sydney. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for acting in a range of intellectual property and media disputes, advising on trade mark prosecutions, and conducting patent infringement cases.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP and media provisions in infrastructure projects, energy transition projects, and undertaking IP due diligence in M&A projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years' experience in intellectual property and/or media law;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills;
  • A proactive, positive, and energetic approach, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing technically excellent work and high-quality service;

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
