Job Summary

The Mobile Vehicle Maintenance Crew Leader is a key role within our fleet operations team, responsible for the daily management and maintenance of our Queensland fleet. This is a varied and hands-on position, working closely with a small yet dedicated team to ensure our vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for members.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet downtime management and issue resolution to minimize disruption to members.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying complex technical faults, ensuring our vehicles remain in optimal condition.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve problems and minimize downtime.
  • Hiring and training new fleet operations team members to enhance the quality of our service.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation for all vehicles, ensuring they are safe, clean, and ready for members.
  • Monitoring contractor performance and WHS compliance across the fleet team.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Solid problem-solving and diagnosis skills, with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and a strong focus on road safety.
