We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team, providing guidance and support to clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. As one of our Job Coaches, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide exceptional service and achieve sustainable career outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a solid work history;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happiness and confidence liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work to KPIs and make placements that result in lasting employment for our clients and employers;
  • A desire to be part of our community and believe in our purpose: to empower individuals to build better working lives;
  • A current Driver's Licence.

As a Job Coach, you will have access to:
