Administrative Coordinator Role
Job Overview:
Imagine Education Group is seeking an organized and motivated individual to fill the Administrative Coordinator position at their warehouse in Nerang.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage logistics, scheduling flights and accommodation, and managing annual leave with a high level of efficiency.
- Develop effective communication strategies with external suppliers, clients, and internal staff to ensure clear exchanges.
- Database & Information Management:
- Log and track critical data accurately.
- Maintain databases using tools like SharePoint, Excel, and Smartsheets.
- Compliance Management:
- Oversee compliance-related tasks, including maintaining blue card and driver's license records.
- Small Office Management:
- Assist with light office management duties such as taking out the bins, restocking supplies, and printing plans.
- Material Ordering:
- Ensure timely material ordering for both new builds and maintenance projects.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to logistics and scheduling. You will be an integral part of the team working closely with both internal staff and external suppliers.
