Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operational Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing day-to-day coordination and administration support, as well as general assistance with operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of proposal documentation to ensure timely submission.
  • Program Coordination: Confirm program dates, manage client bookings, and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery.
  • Facilitator Management: Manage calendars and schedules for program facilitators to optimize their productivity.
  • Client Support: Assist clients in setting up training workshops and provide necessary resources.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle attendance and feedback sheets, create participant certificates, and perform other administrative duties.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and clients as required.
Requirements
