Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration services in support of facilities management.

    Key responsibilities include maintaining buildings and common areas, managing contracts with service providers, drafting reports, attending committee meetings, and engaging with contractors and clients.

    To excel in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.

    

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for facilities management operations.
  • Maintain buildings and common areas within a designated portfolio.
  • Manage contracts with service providers, including arranging contractors and ensuring compliance.
  • Draft reports, correspondence, and other documents as directed by the facilities manager.
  • Attend committee meetings to take notes and provide updates.
  • Engage with contractors and clients to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Perform filing and archive management tasks.
  • Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities.
