Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities and young people by providing tailored support.

Your work will involve delivering high-quality support, assisting with personal care, mobility, and skill development, building meaningful connections and providing mentorship and emotional support, and supporting community participation and recreational activities.

You will work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays. Our ideal candidate will have experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services, and possess strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
