Job DescriptionThe Client Regional Coordinator will lead and manage service regions in North Queensland and South Queensland. If you're passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities, we'd like to hear from you
About This Role- Manage and control service regions, applying skills and knowledge gained through qualifications and/or previous experience.
- Supervise various functions within the work area, ensuring performance and compliance with NDIS guidelines and organisational policies.
- Contribute to the development of work methods and set outcomes for allocated regions.
- Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree + 1 year relevant experience or a 3-year degree + 2 years relevant experience.
- Work Experience:
- At least 2 years as a team leader or in a support management role within the NDIS sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- NDIS Knowledge:
- A strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, statutory requirements, and related organisational policies.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- A very supportive Management Team.
