- As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored support and empowering them to achieve their goals.
- You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans and advocate for customer rights and promote independence.
- Our ideal candidate will have experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services, and possess strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate, valid Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and NDIS Worker Check are also required.
