Empowering Individuals Through Support Work

Are you passionate about supporting individuals and making a positive impact in their lives? As a Casual Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with participants who are interested in gaining independence and confidence in all areas of their lives.
This role has a strong focus on supporting participants in all aspects of their lives. This includes building connections within the community, assisting individuals to attend community events, and exploring job interests through supported voluntary work placements and learning to use public transport effectively.
About the Role:- Support participants to achieve their goals and live independently
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families
- Assist with daily tasks and activities, promoting participation and inclusion
We are looking for Support Workers who possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to identify, organise and utilise relevant resources effectively, and function as a constructive and collaborative member of a small cohesive team.
We value empathy, compassion and integrity, and require applicants to hold a current driver's license and own transport.
We deliver quality services to disadvantaged members of the community, providing support for participants with current funding in their NDIS plans across Melbourne.
