Role Overview

This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, and continuous improvement. Directly impacting customer experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and improving safety processes.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data on a weekly basis to identify trends and improve support for consumers, earners, and merchants.
  • Reporting: Owning reporting for the supported LOB through deep dives and insight generation, working closely with support Team Leads and Vendor Managers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaising with global and regional functional experts to ensure policies and processes remain best-in-class, compliant, and efficient.
  • Process Optimization: Planning, rolling out, and managing product launches/projects to improve support quality across users.

To succeed, you'll need strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with SQL and process optimization is preferred.
